Big On Loyalty LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing tickets, engaging services, attending an event, or otherwise interacting with Big On Loyalty LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or attend our events.

2. Services

Big On Loyalty LLC provides event planning, production, promotion, coordination, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at the Company’s discretion.

3. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in [USD or applicable currency] and are subject to change without notice.

  • A deposit and/or full payment may be required to confirm bookings.

  • Payments must be made by the due dates specified in invoices or booking agreements.

  • Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed by the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. No refunds are issued except as expressly stated in that policy.

5. Event Changes & Force Majeure

Big On Loyalty LLC reserves the right to modify event dates, times, locations, performers, or programming when reasonably necessary. The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, labor disputes, or venue closures.

6. Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a lawful, respectful, and safe manner. Big On Loyalty LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd-related incidents, equipment hazards, and environmental conditions. By attending an event, attendees voluntarily assume all such risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Big On Loyalty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  • The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client or Attendee for the applicable event or service.

  • The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Indemnification

Clients and attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big On Loyalty LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from their actions, negligence, or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, marketing materials, and event materials produced by Big On Loyalty LLC are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Photography & Media Release

By attending an event, attendees grant Big On Loyalty LLC the right to photograph, record, and use their likeness, voice, and image for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by Big On Loyalty LLC shall be governed by the Company’s Dispute Resolution Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Commonwealth of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
