Cancellations

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@bigonloyaltyevents.com and are effective only upon written confirmation by Big On Loyalty LLC.

Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

  • More than [60] days before the event date:
    Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

  • Between [30–59] days before the event date:
    [50%] of all payments made will be refunded.

  • Between [14–29] days before the event date:
    [25%] of all payments made will be refunded.

  • Less than [14] days before the event date:
    No refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure the event date and compensate for administrative work, staffing reservations, and lost booking opportunities.

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event must be made in writing and are subject to availability. If approved:

  • Payments may be applied to the new date if rescheduled at least [30] days prior to the original event date.

  • Rescheduling requests made within [30] days of the event are treated as cancellations.

A rescheduling fee of [amount or “may apply”] may be charged.

4. Event Cancellation by [Business Name]

In the unlikely event that [Business Name] must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, emergency, venue closure, natural disaster, or government restriction), the client will receive either:

  • A full refund of payments made, or

  • The option to reschedule the event at no additional charge.

This refund constitutes the client’s sole remedy, and [Business Name] shall not be liable for any additional damages or expenses.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or government orders. Refunds in such cases will be handled in accordance with Section 4.

6. No-Shows & Early Termination

Failure to appear at the event or early termination by the client for any reason does not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services covered by this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in collection efforts.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By submitting payment, signing a contract, or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
