Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/30/26

1. All Sales Final After 72 Hours

All purchases made with Big On Loyalty LLC, including but not limited to event bookings, tickets, deposits, packages, services, and add-ons, are final after seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility Within 72 Hours

Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of the original purchase time, provided that:

  • The event has not yet occurred, and

  • No services have been rendered, reserved, or customized, and

  • The request is submitted in writing to [contact email] within the 72-hour period.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees, where permitted by law.

3. No Refunds After 72 Hours

After the 72-hour period has elapsed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted, regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans or scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Weather conditions

  • Personal emergencies

  • Dissatisfaction with the event experience

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Company

If Big On Loyalty LLC cancels an event, customers may be offered:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • A credit toward a future event, or

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost

The remedy will be determined at the sole discretion of [Company Name], unless otherwise required by law.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that fall outside the refund eligibility outlined in this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of future purchasing privileges.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing any product or service from Big On Loyalty LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
